Tai Chi or Meditation?
If you have a preference you will get the group that you want. If you don’t have a preference, we will assign you to one.
Time Commitment?
When your classes begin, they will occur once weekly for 9-12 weeks (depending on your group). Classes will be held at the Holy Cross Site of Cancer Control Alberta.
Who is Eligible?
You must be over 18 and have completed active treatment for cancer type I - III and be able to attend the scheduled classes.
